Oral sessions

• There will be a computer and a videoprojector in the conference room. Each speaker is invited to load his presentation before the beginning of his session.
• Please respect the maximal time given for a presentation (15′ of presentation, then 5′ of discussion)
• It is important to pay attention to the compatibility of the files (ppt, pptx and odp). The ideal is to convert the presentation to pdf.

Poster sessions

• There is no imposed template. However, the poster format is A0 portrait.
• Everything will be furnished to hang on the posters.
• Participants are invited to install their posters in the morning and remove at the end of the day.

 The abstract must be within one A4 page. The abstracts are to be submitted in PDF format directly on the conference site ("Submit" menu) according to the following template :

Authors whose contribution has been accepted for an oral presentation or a poster session must submit the final and extended version of their article in PDF format directly on the conference site ("Submit" menu) according to the following template :
